New players who make their first deposit of R$ 50.00 or more via Pix receive R$ 50.00 in freebet. The freebet can be used on any game on the platform with minimum odds of 1.80 for Sports Betting. The bonus expires in 7 days if unused.
Bonus balances are subject to a rollover requirement before they can be converted into real funds available for withdrawal. The standard rollover is 5x the bonus amount. The exact amount for each promotion is specified in the individual offer's terms.
Any attempt to abuse bonuses — such as creating multiple accounts, placing low-risk bets to meet rollover requirements, or coordinating with other players — will result in the cancellation of bonuses, possible account suspension, and the return of the player's deposited balance only.

If a game is postponed or cancelled before it concludes, all bets on that event will be voided and the staked amount returned to the player's balance. For accumulator bets, the cancelled game is removed from the selection and the odds recalculated.

For bet settlement purposes, the 55bingo uses official results sources. In the event of a discrepancy between sources, the decision of the competition's governing body (CBF, CONMEBOL, or equivalent) prevails. Appeals may be submitted through support within 48 hours of settlement.
